Inventory Projects is a new initiative focusing on site-specific design. The first project, from architect Luis Pons, is a large scale inflatable sculpture in the form of a breathing, yet "Deflated Villa". A timely commentary on the bursting of Miami's real estate bubble. The project is publicly visible from the street.
